One of the main reasons businesses don't hire consultants is because they usually cost an arm and a leg. We're here to change that.
The 2100 Pricing Model: No Secrets
High consulting prices disadvantage the small businesses most people work for. So, we've worked to develop an adaptive pricing model backed with guarantees that offer the same 2100 quality of service any way you engage us.
1) Our most popular one: You pay minimal personnel (US$200/day* regardless of location - yes, lowest in the industry) and any equipment fees (variable) until your project is complete and accomplishes a benchmark we'll set together. Then, a pre-agreed to fee based off a scaled return on our investment into your organization that we'll negotiate fairly.
2) The Conventional Way: Pay us by our time (US$500-US$1400/day*); flat and transparent rates based** on what your capacity is to pay.
3) Can't pay? Operating at heavy losses? No problem. We work with small businesses to identify issues and reduce our services to cost (or even below cost) as part of our own corporate social responsibility. In the past, we've charged a family-run business US$80/day* -- well below cost -- for two weeks while helping them change their product strategy to rise out of an annual deficit. We're not a not-for-profit, but that doesn't mean we don't care about our clients and the communities they serve. Reach out, and we'll do everything we operationally can.
The 2100 Guarantee: Done or We'll-Dust-It
If we can't deliver based on our agreed to terms, we'll tuck our tails between our legs and part ways with our apologies. We're that confident, and we believe that's just fair game. What's more, we'll return 80% of our consulting fees (minus any travel or equipment installation fees, of course) from what you've already paid us or, if you prefer, throw in triple time for free -- with no contracts.
*We define "day" as 10-hours within a midnight - next day sunrise period or 8 hours within a 48 hour period. Beyond that, it would count as another day of contractual benefit.
**We calculate your capacity as a function of your company size, profits, and revenue over a period of three years, accounting for recent changes in trends and working with you to find a price that's fair to your and to our consultants.
